Which is the oldest plant in the company and was
basically st up to cater to the growing need of transformers of
verious customers in the industrial sector in northern India.
It has complete facilities like LV/HV coil winding machines, annealing
furnace, dehydrating oven, and oil filter machine etcetera. However,
in the later stage facilities for cutting and slitting of CRGO
prime steel for core construction were also added to the same
plant. |

Which is the subsidiary of NUCON transformers i.e.
NUCON POWER CONTROLS PVT. LTD. It was set up in 1997 to cater
to the growing need of distribution transformers of verious electricity
authorities to manufacture transformers of smaller capacities
in large volumes. |

Which is the most recent set up of NUCON spread over a
land area measuring around 17 aces and is fully equipped with latest
technology to deliver power transformers up to 50MVA, 150KV voltage
class |

We
can boast of having one of the best in house manufacturing facilities
such as wire drawing paper covering, wire coating, complete CRGO
processing facilities, complete thank fabrication facilities, dehydating
electric ovens, winding machine etc.The company alsohas long term
contracts with Nippon Steel Coporation - Japan and Armco - USA for
import of CRGO and sumitomo Corp. for impot if insulating materials.
Our quality control department governs the poduction of transformers
at each stage. |
